- Remove all cleaning supplies and personal property
- Close and lock all doors and windows
- Turn off all lights and the A/C (heater)
- Turn in all receipts for carpet cleaning to the management office
- Tenants will be responsible for maintaining the property according to the guidelines, and to promptly notify property management of damage or repairs needed. All repair notices and work orders must be in writing. Any damage caused by tenant or due to tenant's neglect will be billed to tenant
- Tenant must keep the water and electric turned on for at least 5 business days after move-out. If tenant fails or misses a scheduled inspection, a $60 missed inspection trip fee will be charged. If tenant fails inspection, a $60 reinspection fee will be charged for a re-inspection after the items ordered are completed.
